We hope to provide you with the best possible service, but it may of course happen that you have a complaint. We would appreciate it if you discuss this complaint with the assistant or during the consultation hour. A conversation may offer a solution and can also contribute to the improvement of care or organization.
If this is difficult for you or you cannot find a solution with us, you can discuss your complaint with an independent and impartial complaints officer. The complaints officer will work with you to find a solution to your complaint or problem. The complaints officer can try to mediate the complaint. The complaints officer does not choose a party and therefore has no judgment. Everything you tell the complaints officer is confidential. You can reach this complaints officer on telephone number 088 0229191 or via the website skge.nl
If you are unable to find a solution with your general practitioner and with mediation by the complaints officer, you can request a ruling on your complaint from the general practitioner care disputes body. This independent committee consists entirely of a chairman (lawyer) and members on behalf of the patients and members on behalf of the general practitioners. The committee is assisted by an official secretary who is also a lawyer.
